Provisional Managing Committee was formed on 14th March, 2020 and took over the management and operations of the building effective 1st April 2020.
Headed by the Chairman Dr Mahesh Chakor and supported by members,as per list below, have managed the building activities like housekeeping, security, maintenance and day to day operations of the building.
Several upgradation activities and improvements have been taken up during the period, and are continuing, to create a top grade commercial complex for corporate offices and health care service centres and SME offices.
Primary functions of the Managing committee continues to improve the services and operational systems of the building and set up operating procedures to facilitate the functional services for the occupants and visitors.
